This page is designed to help you with your tracking number. You must follow the steps below. 



** You must always go to the order tracking tab at the top right of your page to find your tracking number **



Step 1:   You need to login to your customer account.

- When you go to the home page of our website at www.kegolf.ca , you will see the ''My Account'' tab at the top right. Click and select ''log in''.

** When you place an order, you automatically have an account opened with us **


Step 2:   How to find your tracking number

- When you are logged into your account, you will see at the top right of the page ''Order tracking''. Click.

- You will arrive directly on the page to trace your order.

- You will have the choice between ''My orders'' and ''My invoices''

- Scroll down to the bottom of the ''My Orders'' page and you will find your tracking number.


(If ever step 2 doesn't work) Step 3: How to get my tracking number with my invoice.

- When you are logged into your account, you will have at the top right of the page ''Order tracking''. Click.

- You will arrive directly on the page to trace your order.

- You will have the choice between ''My orders'' and ''My invoices''

- Click on the ''My Invoices'' 

- At the bottom of the page, you will find your invoices. Click on the desired invoice.

- When you are on your invoice, go all the way down below the order revision column on the left. You will find below the last item your tracking number.
